Every Off Bapok tee is made to order and printed specifically for you. For that reason our returns policy is strict — please choose your size carefully using the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Returns & refunds
Currently we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, or personal fit preference. There are zero returns other than the size exchange described below.
Size exchange (the only exception)
We offer a one-time size exchange per order, subject to stock availability, provided that:
- the request is raised within 3 days of delivery;
- the item is unused, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags intact;
- the customer bears the return shipping cost for sending the item back;
- the replacement size is in stock (if not, store credit is issued).
Replacements for defects
We will replace an item free of charge if it arrives with a manufacturing defect, a misprint, transit damage, or if you receive the wrong item. Report it within 3 days of delivery to jump.baseman@gmail.com with your order number and an unboxing video. Verified issues are replaced; where a replacement is not possible, we will issue store credit or a refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled only before it enters production. Once printing has begun, it cannot be cancelled or changed. To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Payment method
We are prepaid only — there is no cash on delivery.
