This website, offbapok.com (the "Site"), is operated by Debarghya Dutta, a sole proprietor trading as Off Bapok Clothing Co. ("Off Bapok Clothing Co.", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from the Site you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
2. Products
Our apparel is made to order (print-on-demand). Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished garment. Each design is offered as a numbered limited edition and may be retired without notice.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. We may revise prices at any time before an order is placed. Orders are prepaid only — we do not offer cash on delivery. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card details.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of stock availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity. Where we cancel a prepaid order, the amount paid is refunded.

6. Returns
Because items are made to order, returns are limited. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before ordering.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, text and imagery on the Site are the property of Off Bapok / Debarghya Dutta and are protected by law. You may not reproduce, resell or reuse them without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our rights, or to disrupt the Site's operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Off Bapok is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site or its products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
